Account contact details, company information, service usage data, device operation logs, support records, and integration metadata may be processed to provide and improve VMAOS services.
Business data
Customer applications, files, account materials, and automation tasks remain customer-controlled business data. VMAOS should only process this data according to service configuration and customer instructions.
Security and retention
Access control, audit logging, encryption in transit, and retention controls should be configured according to the signed service agreement and regional compliance requirements.
Third-party services
Network providers, hosting providers, support systems, analytics, or CRM tools may be used as subprocessors after contract and compliance review.
Customer rights
Customers may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of eligible information through the official support channel once it is connected.
